1. preheat oven 425 °,spray in cooking spray in 9"pie dish
2. roll dough out to 11"inch circle, to fit the pie dish and fold under the edges under, flute, .line bottom of dough with a piece of foil, arrange pie weights or dried beans on foil.bake for 5 minutes.
3. .remove weights and foil. let bake a minute more. take out of oven, let cool on wire rack.
