The ingredients needed to make Protein Bites:
  1. Get 1 cup oats
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup peanut butter
  3. Take 1/4 cup honey
  4. Take 1/4 cup salted butter
  5. Get As required drops vanilla essence
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup almonds
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup walnuts
  8. Take 1/4 cup raisins or dried berries
  9. Make ready 4 tbsp flaxseeds
  10. Prepare 4 tbsp chia seeds
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  12. Take As required Some melted chocolate
Instructions to make Protein Bites:
  1. Take salted butter & peanut butter in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Now to this add honey and vanilla essence. Mix well till all gets melted.
  2. Now in another bowl take oats, chopped almonds & walnuts & roast in microwave for about 8-10 minutes. Add raisins (dries berries) to it & give a mix.
  3. Now to dry ingredients add grounded flax seeds, chia seeds & poppy seeds.
  4. Now mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients & mix well.
  5. Transfer this mixture to a greased mould & let it set for about 4 hours in the refrigerator & then cut into bars or bites as per your preference.
  6. You can also garnish it with some melted chocolate.
