Add garlic and saute then add veggies and stir fry.
Add schezwan paste, vinegar and pepper powder toss well

For Schezuan Paste: - Soak red chillies in hot water for an hour. Blend chillies with capsicum, sugar, celery leaves, vinegar, chilli powder and salt. - In a pan put sesame oil keep on flame. As it heats up add ginger and garlic saute
