  1. Get Vegetables, chopped and rinsed
  2. Prepare Locust beans
  3. Get Pepper and onions
  4. Take Dry fish

Instructions to make Efo Riro:
  1. Boil your meats and stockfish, set aside
  2. Grate your Pepper and onions, and chop some onions separately
  3. Put a clean pot on source of heat, and pour like 2cooking spoon of red oil and heat it up, when it is hot, add your chopped onions and locust beans. Keep trying at interval until the onion is translucent and the locust beans is fried.
  4. Add your grated pepper and onion, fry till the water dry up
  5. Add your meat, stockfish, crayfish, dry fish, seasoning cubes and salt and stir
  6. Add the vegetables, starting with waterleaf, then pumpkin and stir very well
  7. Allow to simmer for few minutes and take the pot off the heat source

Efo riro can be cooked with a variety of meats, including both red meats (e.g. Efo Riro is a delicious stew of meat and greens native to the Yorubas of Nigeria, one of the largest ethnic groups in Africa.
