  1. Blanch spinach bunch in salty water and immediately transfer it in ice cold water. Squeeze it out.
  2. In a pan take butter, add 1spoon grated ginger garlic, 1 chopped green chilli, 1/2tsp hing and saute.
  3. Now add 100gm frozen / boiled peas, 1 chopped capsicum, blanched spinach and mix.
  4. Add salt and cook till water evaporates. Cool it down add grind in a paste.
  5. To paste add 3 boiled potatoes, 1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp of garam masala, turmeric powder, chaat masala, 1/2tsp black pepper powder, 1tsp cumin powder, 4 spoon besan, coriander and mint leaves. Mix well to form a dough.
  6. Grease hands and make small tikkis out of it. Top it with cashew.
  7. Heat pan with little oil for shallow frying. Place the kebabs. Flip over to cook from other side. Serve with sauce or chutney
