  5. Once they are well cook add palm oil and dry fish and allow to cook for some time then add grinded pepper and the pounded cocoyam then cover and allow to boil for some time
  6. Wash and slice the uziza leaf. Add it in the pot also the ogiri. At this point add the bitter leaf and add more Maggi and salt (if necessary) and cook for like 10 minutes. Your bitter leaf soup is ready
