  2. In a frying pan heat 1 Tbsp Oil,pour it into the mixture and mix well.
  3. Then sprinkle little amount of water gradually and mix well. The dough should be moist like that of Chapathi dough. Don't pour more water.
  4. Rest the batter for 10mins.
  5. Add oil in the same frying pan. Heat it. Then add the dough in small portions.
  6. Fry stirring occasionally for even frying. Fry till it's light brown and drain them in an absorbent paper. Don't over fry.
  7. Now it's ready to serve. Serve it with hot tea or coffee.
