3. In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat EVOO. Add chicken in a single layer and cook 5 min or until the bottom is golden. Flip cook another 5 min.
4. To the same skillet, add the chicken broth, butter, garlic and lemon slices and transfer skillet to the oven. Bake until the chicken reads an internal temperature of 170 degrees F. and the sauce reduces. 10-15 min.
5. Remove skillet from oven and spoon sauce over chicken. Serve and enjoy!
