Take 2 packs yakisoba noodles
Take 1/4~1/6 cabbage (shredded)
Prepare 1 pack bean sprouts (wash and drain water off)
Get 10 cm Japanese leek (shredded)

Make ready 5~6 vienna sausage (cut into bite sized pieces)
Make ready 2 tsp sesame oil for stir fry noodles
Get 1/2~1 Tbsp sesame oil for stir frying vegetables
Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.
Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.
