  3. Pre heat pan to medium-high heat.sprinkle oil on d pan,put ur roll dough.flip once bottom is golden brown. Ur chapatti is ready
  4. For d sauce…….slice onion n keep aside.blend scotch bonnet, onion and pepper. Place pot on fire,heat d oil,put ur blended pepper add ur sliced onion,seasonings and stir fry till tender. Break eggs n whisk,den pour in ur sauce stir fry for some minutes,add water n cover to cook for 2mins. Ur egg sauce is ready.
