These homemade hamburger buns will seriously wow the pants off anyone who comes to your next They elevate any burger to a whole other level. The buns are light brioche in base which makes them. This recipe is from my great grandmother and is super easy. It is made using bread crumbs, eggs, and hamburger patties.

Steps to make Bread burger🍔:

1. Wash veggies with salt water or little vinegar in water then slice the onions, cucumber & tomatoes. Mix the ketchup, salad cream, mayonnaise & Maggi & set aside. Cut the bread into 2 from the middle & put on a pan on heat for a minute then remove from heat.
2. For the meat filling you chop the cooked meat into cubes. Then crush the scotch, red bell peppers & onion add into a pot on heat put in the oil fry for a couple of minutes add in the meat followed by seasonings i.e maggi, salt, curry & thyme fry then remove from heat.
3. Spread the ketchup mixture on half of the bread as seen above, on the other half you place the lettuce then some meat followed by tomato, cucumber & onions then cover with the other half & stick tooth pick on it. Then serve…very yummy🍔🌶
