  8. Scoppe the dough fillings in the center of the round cut.the quantity shoild be that you can cover it without overflows.
  9. Rub the egg inside edge of the meatpie.fold form one part of meet dough the other end, use fork to press the two edges together.place on the oven repeat till dough till dough finishes.
  10. Rub the eggs on the meatpie this gives the meatpie a golden brown look when done.
  11. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40minutes.
