- Talk milk mixture, add salt & pepper until good. Add old bay or other seasonings here.
- Add eggs and stir.
- Butter 9×9 dish
- Pour milk/cheese mixture over macaroni. Top with smoked chedder.
- Bake 35-45. Cool 10-15.
