Take Mixture farshan as required

Steps to make Dalgona Usal Pav:
Wash,soak usal mix pulses + white peas together for 6-8 hours with 1/2 tsp salt. Pressure cook with a pinch of soda bi carb for 5-6 whistles.
In kadhai add 2 tbsp oil,add chopped onion and saute till brown. Add cloves,cinnamon, peppercorns, bay leaf and saute for 2 minutes.
Off the flame,add tumeric powder, chilli powder, dhania powder,usal masala,ginger and garlic. Grind in mixer jar to smooth paste.
In same kadhai add 2 tbsp oil,add grinded masala paste and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
Add boiled pulses,water and salt. Cook for 10 mins.
Keep all things required to make Dalgona Usal Pav.
For one serving:. Pour 3-4 laddleful of - prepared hot usal in glass.
On it put fistful of farshan mixture as shown.
On it spread a layer of finely chopped onion. Squeeze lemon juice on it.
On it placed warm toasted Pav as shown. Serve/ Relish Delicious Dalgona Usal Pav immediately.
