  1. Make ready 18-20 Medium size Shrimp (shelled, deveined and washed)
  2. Get 2 Tbsp sliced Shallots
  3. Make ready 2 sliced Garlic cloves
  4. Prepare 1 fresh Red chilli chopped
  5. Make ready 1 Tsp crushed ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 1 Tsp Paprika powder
  7. Make ready 1 Tbsp Butter
  8. Get 1 Tsp lemon juice
  9. Take Pinch Black pepper powder
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Shrimp Paprika:
  1. Marinate the Shrimp with lemon juice, pinch of Black Pepper powder and Ginger garlic paste. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add the sliced shallots. Cook till transparent.
  3. Add the sliced garlic to the pan and let them change color to light brown
  4. Add the chopped fresh Red chilli and Paprika power and stir for 1/2 a minute.
  5. Add the marinated Shrimps to the pan and add salt to taste and stir till cooked.
  6. Empty to a serving Dish and decorate with Parsley
