Instructions to make Paneer Spring Roll:
  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add Paneer cube and cook for 10 seconds then add spring onion, add capcicum slice then add chopped green chillies and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. After 2 minutes add 2 spoon of schezwan chutney add salt per taste, add garam masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder according to your taste. 2-3 tsp of green chilli sauce, mix well and turn off the gas.
  3. Take 300 gm all-purpose flour, salt per taste add two spoon of oil add water accordingly and make tight dough and cover for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Then take a small portion of dough and with help of all-purpose flour roll and make a thin chapati as much as possible. Then place the stuffing at a side so that we can fold. Prepare a all-purpose flour mixture 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 3tbsp of water.
  5. Now fold from both the side and apply the Maida mixture on both side and then roll the spring roll.
  6. Heat oil in medium flame, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
