Take a pan and add water, just warm it add dry yeast and one tsp sugar in it. Leave it for 10-15 minutes for proving, let it bloom.
Take a large bowl and add flour salt and milk powder and mix well
Now beat the egg and mix it with Lukewarm milk.
Knead the dough by adding yeast and milk mixed with egg, knead a soft dough. Now shift the dough to a clean work top and start kneading it with ur palm and by stretching and folding it. Repeat the process for 10-15 minutes so that dough gIns elasticity. Add butter to it and knead for 2-3 minutes. Put the dough in a clean greasy bowl and cover with a samp cloth. Leave it for proving for one hr at least.
After one hr punch it back to remove the air in it and knead the dough for one to two minutes.
Divide the dough into 6-8 portions and make balls with light hands and keep the balls in a greased tin for -10-15 mins for second proving. Brush the buns with milk and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
Now pre heat the oven at 180 degrees, place the ready tin in hot oven for 10-12 mins, when it’s done remove from oven and place the buns on cooling rack. Butter the hot buns generously and cover with samp kitchen towel. Place in air tight container or in a zip lock bag.
