  2. In frying pan, cook bacon first,drain and chop up small…then cook chopped up onions and butter together. Add these three to crockpot first. (If you are using onion bits and real bacon bits skip the fry pan method and just put those in crockpot)
  3. Then, add 2 cans evaporated milk, 2 cans cream corn and 1 can of regular corn (or frozen corn)
  4. Peel potatoes and cut up into small pieces and add to crockpot. Do not cut too small as they may turn too soft by the end of cooking. Add in 1/2 cup of regular milk as needed. Salt an pepper to taste, I usually add 1 tsp each and then add more if needed later.
  5. Cook on High for about an hour and then turn to low for the rest of the day. Usually the potatoes are finished by 4 hours. Stir as needed. Enjoy …makes about enough for 5 people or more. :)
