This is a no-fail recipe for MILD, white, flaky, not greasy, and delicious fish for either sandwiches or as a main entree on a plate.

Instructions to make Fried tilapia:
  1. Wash your tilapia put it inside the bowl with your seasonings and egg. Add 3 garlic pieaces. And garlic must be shredded. Stir really good.
  2. Heat your oil once oil is hot put your fish through cornmeal and put inside the oil cook it for 2 minutes on one side and 2 on the other side.
  3. Take them out put them on a plate with paper towel add salt . And serve.

Also, there is no drenching in egg wash involved in this recipe. Tilapia works best but Whitefish fillets are also great. Use either Canola oil, Peanut oil, or Crisco.
