Prepare 500 gm Potatoes
Take 3-4 onion (finely chopped)
Take as needed Oil

Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Aloo Paratha:
Take dough ingredients together and bind it. Make a medium soft dough.
Boil the potatoes, remove the skin and mash it.
Take a pan, add oil, mustard and jeera. Add crushed green chillies and onion. Cook it on low flame. Add mashed potatoes. Add salt, turmeric powder and Garam masala and mix it properly. Let it cool.
Divide the stuffing into equal portions. Divide dough also in same number.
Roll the dough. Add Aloo stuffing in that. Cover it. There is should not be air or crack in the dough. Roll it thick.
Roast it on low flame both sides. Serve hot with chuteny.
