Designer stew also known as Ayamase or Ofada stew, is traditional Nigerian dish. Coming out of the yoruba tribe. Its different from the traditional red stew that is very common in Nigeria. I first tasted designer stew in my college days and fell in love.

Instructions to make Designer stew:
  1. Wash the all the pepper and onions
  2. Take it to the mill or use your blender to blend it rough or smooth depends on your taste or how you want the desired out come
  3. Blended pepper, egg, locust beans fried beef dry catfish,cow skin
  4. I had some left over bleached palm oil from the last soup I made this is how you want it to look like
  5. Heat up a sauce pan over heat add in the oil cut in some onions into it fry till its caramelized
  6. Add the locust beans into it and stir them together fry for about 5min
  7. Pour in the the pepper into it and stir it up allow to boil till all the water is drained
  8. Pour in the cow skin and your washed catfish
  9. Add the eggs
  10. Add in the bullion cubes and salt to taste
  11. Serve with rice and enjoy
