  5. Wrap these squeezed milk in cling wrap. Fold it in candy/ toffee style. Make a knot in the middle. and Freeze it.
  6. Enjoy your homemade mozzarella cheese in breads/ salads/ pizzas or any other recipe demanding cheese.
