4. Mix in both soups. Mix well and continue to cook on med low for about 10 minutes
5. Transfer everything into a baking dish. Add most of the chopped bacon, green onion and cheddar cheese, but be sure to leave some left over. Mix in with potatoes.
6. Bake on 425 for 30 minutes.
7. Top with remaining bacon, cheddar and green onion.
8. Bake for another 15 minutes.
