  5. If you’re using dry fish, here is where you soak and pick the bones.
  6. Add enough water to cover the yam cubes and start cooking at medium to high heat. Now is the best time to add the dry fish if you’re making use of it.
  7. After the yam has boiled for a while, add the onions, ground crayfish, pepper, stock cubes, palm oil and the smoked fish. (Then add the stock from the beef)
  8. Add salt to taste and stir very well. Cook at high heat for about 5 minutes, add the chopped the beef now.
  9. Add the green vegetable(chopped and washed thoroughly), stir and leave to stand for few minutes then serve.
