- Add sugar and water in a vessel and boil until all the sugar dissolves.
- In a kadai take ghee and heat it.
- Add roasted vermicelli and mix well.
- Then add sugar syrup and mix well. Stir and bring it to boil.
- Lower the heat, cover the pan and let it cook till softened.
- When about half of the water dries up add raisins cashewnuts and almonds and stir gently.
- When it comes to semi dry consistency take off the flame.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Garnish with cashewnuts and almonds and serve hot/cold.
