2. Then add oil,and mix again then gradually add water to form a soft dough(i think the water was 1 cup,i forgot de)
3. When the dough is formed allow it to rest for 3mins,then dust working surface with flour,and roll flat as shown
4. Then use pizza cutter and cut to ur desired strips shapes
5. Meanwhile heat up oil in a pan,when hot,then dip fry your crackers till lightly golden brown and crisp
6. Serve with any dipping of ur choice,for mine i use ketchup+mayo+little shawarma sauce and thousand island dressing,mixed them all and i enjoyed them.
