  5. Add seasoning and the mince meat mix it up, keep aside and allow it to cool,take one wrap and add the filling then fold into triangle shape
  6. In another pan heat oil and add the grated scotch bonnet add the grated onions and fry add green pepper
  7. Add grated carrots, add the cabbage and mix well add seasoning
  8. Add the mince meat mix well and allow it to cool, take the wraps add the mixture
  9. Fold into shapes fry in hot oil and serve
