  3. Use Alum in scrubing each snail it will touch d area lime can't touch scrub well and rinse with enough water
  4. The next is parboiling parboil it to remove d final slime add salt to it
  5. Then cook adding Seasoning,onion,spices till well cooked
  6. Then u slightly fry it it should not be dry if it is it becomes very hard
  7. Put oil on fire add ur onions fry for few minutes then add ur pepper fry till oil start showing add ur seasoning to taste add ur snail leave for few minutes then serve it done!!!!!!!
