Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often The star vegetable in this soup is shredded afang leaves which is known by various names- "eru"or "kok" in Cameroon, "Ukazi" or "Okazi" in Nigeria and different parts of Africa. Instructions to make Oha and okazi soup:
  1. Dillute oat flour in water to make a paste.Use hands to tear oha leaves,rinse well,put in a sieve,set aside, wash and slice okazi leaves, set aside,remove bone from fish
  2. Wash beef,stockfish,season with salt and onga cube, boil with little water,when almost done,add palm oil and oat paste as thickening…add more water, bring to boil,add other ingredients, except vegetables.Taste to adjust with salt,add oha, cook for a min,then okazi…yummy yummy…eat with your fav swallow…

Oha soup without akwụ, ede and ogiri is not ọha. Achị, grounded cocoyam, quaker oat should not serve as thickener ooo I prefer ọha to onugbu. Ora is a soup common with the Anambra folks with biter leaf just like Okazi and Ugba soup is common with Imo folks and Achara common with Abia. Grated okro, okazi, stock fish, goat meat, palm oil, crayfish, dry pepper. When it 's done, add palm oil.
