  7. Once tender, add the green bananas with warm water and heat they're tender and finely cooked for easy chewing by the kids.
  8. Serve the matoke on a plate and glaze the beef on top. Let the kids enjoy their beef matoke with a touch of chilled juice in their tiny little mouths.
