  1. Prepare 2 Tomatoes

  8. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

  1. Take a pan,put on gas,heat the pan and then add oil. After oil is jot, add dry red chillies and onion and give it a stir of 2 minutes.
  2. Then,add tomatoes, chana dal, salt as per taste and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Keep mixture aside,till cool downs.After the mixture is cool, add tamarind paste and make a paste in grinder.
  4. Paste should be fine enough. Take out paste in a bowl.
  5. Now,will make chutney tadka.Take a tadka pan, add little oil to it.
  6. After the oils heat up, add mustard seeds and few Curry leaves.Cook until mustard seeds splatter(It will take 10-15 seconds).
  7. Then,switch off the flame and add this tadka to chutney and give it a good mix.
  8. Your chutney is ready to serve.
