  1. Heat a wok. Add oil and all the ingredients except rava and water. Let it splutter, do not burn.
  2. Add rava, desiccated coconut and stir. turns aromatic. Add water and salt and cook till the pan separates the rava. Forming a dough.
  3. Let cool. Now take small balls it and flatten and put a whole. Grease the steam plates. Put dumplings into it. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with garlic chilli chutney or peanuts coconut chutney.
