  1. Wash & Boil the dry red chillies in a water for 5 to 8 mins. Cool and grind it to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai,add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies and chopped celery saute for 2 mins. Add the red chilli paste and cook till oil leaves the sides.
  3. Add water, tomato ketchup, salt and stir to blend well. Add vinegar simmer for a min and off the flame. Cool and store.
