Instructions to make Chickpea Burritos:
  1. Take a bowl add refined flour, makai flour, salt and oil and add warm water and knead a dough. Divide the dough into 5-6 equal points and roll out into flat thin tortillas. Heat a tava and cook the tortilla on both sides.
  2. Take pan and heat it with oil, and add cumin seeds, then add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger and cook them until onions turns pink.
  3. Add tomatoes, and cook for 2-minutes, add green Capcicam, and yellow bell pepper,add salt and garam masala powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add water, and add oats in the mixture. Cook 5-minutes.
  5. Finally add chickpea in the mixture, mix well and turn off the gas.
  6. Take tortilla, heat them on skilled for a minute. Apply chickpea and oats mixture in the middle of tortilla and roll it tight.
  7. Per chilli salsa: cut the per in small pieces and place them in a bowl, add chopped red chilli, Coriander spring, salt, and lemon juice and mix well. Salsa is ready.
  8. Put some salsa and Coriander leaves. Drizzle some sour cream mixture on top.
  9. Sour cream :take a bowl add cream, salt, and lemon juice and mix well. Sour cream is ready
