Get 2 Cups flour
Make ready Half cup water
Prepare Half sugar

Instructions to make Sugar Coated doughnut:
In a clean bowl add your water,sugar,egg,flavour,yeast and then mix (you can use a mixer or a whisker)
Add you flour and knead for like 5-7minutes until combined (if it's watery you can add flour)
Transfer to a clean surface,add your butter and start kneading, knead for atleast 40mins-1hr mins (until smooth and until it no longer sticks to the surface and your hands) you can sprinkle some flour if your dough is sticky
While waiting for your dough,bring out a clean tray and grease butter to it and then sieve your flour on top.(its the tray you’ll use to keep the doughnuts you’ll cut from your dough)
Return your dough onto a floured surface - -gently roll out the dough - -use a doughnut cutter to cut and drop them into the tray you sieve flour on it
Set aside and let it rise again for like 20minutes (until it doubles it size) if you're taking it outside the sun please make sure you close it with a nylon
Heat oil in a pan and fry your doughnuts - -Drain the donuts on a paper or tissue - -Allow it to cool before you add your glaze (coat it with sugar while it’s still hot) - - And enjoy
