Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. Parboil the rice and set aside
  2. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, ginger and garlic paste, chopped Onion and fry for 2 mins
  3. Add diced veggies, spices, seasoning and fry for 2mins
  4. Add the rice gradually. While adding the rice make sure u stair it well to ensure that all ingredients are well mixed with the rice
  5. Simmer for 5min and serve hot

Set out additional soy sauce on the table, if desired. Stir in the rice, sauce mixture, eggs and roast pork until well mixed. Plate and drizzle with sesame oil, to taste.
