3. Wash and cut ur sweet potatoes to desired shapes, sprinkle with salt, heat up very hot oil and begin to fry till done(crispy on d outside and moist on d inside)
4. In a pot,heat up oil and pour in ur blended tomatoes,add curry,thyme,ginger,garlic,knorr,little salt and beef stock and cook till dry and thick. Add ur beef and ur stew is ready.
5. Serve ur sweet potatoes with stew and ketchup.
