Boil water and add salt and1 tbsp oil in it. - 👉🏻Add noodles and soak them for 10 minutes.Drain the water and keep it aside. - 👉🏻Heat oil in a pan for deep fryung.Add boiled noodles in it and fry ubtil turned golden brown and crispy.
👉🏻Heat another pan and add 2tbsp oil. - 👉🏻Now add finely chopped onion, spring onion, carrot,capsicum cabbage till they are half cooked yet crunchy. - 👉🏻Now add schezwan sauce,tamarind chutney, tomato sauce,soy sauce,vinegar, black pepper powder and salt.
Mix well on medium flame till the sauce combines well. - 👉🏻Now add fried bhel in it and saute for 2 minutes. - 👉🏻Turn off the flame and Garnish with spring onion. - Serve immediately. - Your Chinese bhel is Ready. - Enjoy…..
