Transfer on to a slitely dusted surface,try and make rectangle shape wt d dough, sprinkle little flour on d dough,rub d rolling pin with some flour as well and roll d dough to make a rectangle,then fold d at first from your front as u can see.in.pictute then fold from d other side,wrap d dough Wt clinq film and put in a friedge for 30munites
  5. After d 30munites,bring out d dough from d friedge,little dist dbworking surface roll again and fold as u did for d first time,wrap again and take back to d friedge for another munites.
  6. Repeat d rolling,folding process for d 3rd time.And tataaaannn u hv ur homemade puff pastry
  7. Store in a fridge 1hr for immidiste use and store in a freezer for up 2months,always keep out of freezer for a day before use.Look out what I did with my puff pasyry dough.
